Winding down for end of year at school

The boys had their merit assembly at school today, their last assembly before they break up for the year.

Thomas got an award for Academic Excellence and Toby got one for Striving to achieve Personal Best.

This is the last year at their school, after 8 years, they are off to High School next year.

It is also our family's last association with the school after being a part of it for the past 12 years.

I had my last meeting as a member of the Board last night, after 6 years and 60 meetings!

So a lot of "last" things this week, which is kind of sad, as it dates right back to my spending 2 years as a pupil of the same school 39 years ago before we shifted to another town!
